What we collect
The information you enter in our quote tool: your date of birth, ZIP code, household and financial details used to estimate coverage, and your contact details (name, email, phone) when you submit.
How we use and share it — including sale
We are a lead-referral service. We share, and may sell, the information you submit to licensed insurance agents, agencies, and partners so they can contact you about insurance. They may contact you by phone, text, and email, including by autodialer, per the consent you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Your Texas privacy rights (TDPSA)
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may request access to or deletion of their personal data, and may opt out of the sale of their personal data and of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@example.com (replace with your real privacy contact before launch) and we will respond as required by law. You may appeal a denied request via the same address.
Security & retention
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and retained as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
